The purpose of the dialling in training module is to arm the user with an understanding of the theory and practices behind the creation of espresso recipes.

Course content;

  • An detailed demonstration to the equipment involved in creating espresso recipes.

  • The theory behind recipe parameters and palate training for espresso.

  • Practical training in adjusting recipes to industry standard.

It’s suggested to have a good breakfast before attending! Workbooks, stationery and endless caffeine supplied.
